BioT-minus two weeks and counting! I'm about to begin the journey of my life -- three and a half months in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, studying and conducting qualitative research on sexuality and gender identity -- only to be blissfully interrupted by a 10-day excursion to Berlin, Germany, and Madrid, Spain. My date of departure: Sunday, 28 January 2007, on which day I board the first of my flights at 10 in the morning.
Date of return: Saturday, 13 May 2007.
